Odeon West End is among the most stunning-looking Odeons beside the Odeon Luxe Leister Square. There are a few Odeons close by and a few other movie theatres. The West End Odeon has a Dolby screen and a regular screen. Depending on the showing, some of the most popular movies will show, and only that movie will play on both screens for a few days before they put another popular movie to run alongside. The movie I saw was Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, which I preordered through the myODEON app at a lower price since I had to pay for the reclining feature and Dolby viewing. Crazy that with the myLIMITLESS subscription, the recline feature is 3 pounds while for an adult recliner is 23 pounds. The subscription service saves a bit of money if you want to see movies every week or more. Besides being able to see movies at a lower price, the subscription gives a 10% discount on food too, and being able to order ahead of time with the app helps when you do not want to talk to the cashier or have a hard time choosing which would be a great implementation in the US to cut down lines. Another difference at this theatre was how big it felt and similar to those back in the States. It is unlike some theatres that feel like they were once a stage for smaller theatre productions that got changed into movie theatres. This theatre made the movie great. The entry shows one of the posters going along the wall, and experiencing all of the aspects leading up to the film help with the experience of enjoying the film. Watching Rocket overcome his problems and how he became who he is now made it very enjoyable as the Dolby experience made things so lifelike with fantastic sound. Rocket stole the show, and it was a unique experience to watch the movie at the West End theatre.
